Refund Policy

Recbot is the ordering software the business you ordered from uses to take orders over WhatsApp. The business sells to you directly — it prepares your order, delivers it, and handles any refund. Collxct operates the software and does not sell the goods.

Before you pay

You can cancel at any point before payment, at no cost. Reply cancel in the same WhatsApp chat. Nothing is charged until you choose to pay.

After you pay

Once you have paid, you are entitled to a refund where the order is not delivered, is materially different from what you ordered, or where the business agrees to cancel it. Ask the business in the same WhatsApp chat — that thread is the record of your order.

What you get back

A refund returns the cost of the items and the delivery fee. The small service fee shown separately at checkout is not refunded: it pays for the WhatsApp messages already sent for your order, which are charged whether or not the order completes.

How the money reaches you

Your payment is split at the moment you pay, and the business's share goes straight to the business's own bank account — Collxct never holds it. This means the business sends your refund, to the account you paid from. Refunds normally arrive within 3–5 working days. When a business records a refund in Recbot, you get a WhatsApp message confirming the amount.

If something goes wrong

Contact the business first — it holds the money and can resolve it fastest. If you cannot reach them, or believe a business is misusing Recbot, email support@collxct.com.ng with your order number. We can see the order and the messages, and will help you get the business to resolve it. We cannot issue the refund ourselves, and we are not the seller. If your payment was made by card you may also have chargeback rights with your bank.

Businesses using Recbot

Your obligations are in section 7 of the Terms of Use. Pricing an order accepts it and its refund liability, and that acceptance is recorded against the order.
